The Collector’s House is situated in the historical heart of Antwerp, on a walking distance of all city highlights and was built in 1870 in the ‘Wolstraat’, traditionally known for its art and design galeries. Now it’s being exploited by a young brother and sister duo. They’re known as notoriously friendly hosts and have a few years experience in running a guest house and organise events.
The two divided the house in a unique event space and a guest house. The entire house is recently renovated to modern comfort standards, but the original architecture, nor the garments have been altered.
Event space
Entering the building on the ground floor, you will find the event space. This 90m² area sets the spirit of the house: a place breathing art and aesthetics, peaceful and beautiful.
The event space is suitable to host all your events, exhibitions, workshops, photoshoots, meetings and get-togethers.
Guest house
The guest house is situated on the second floor and gives you a unique city view, looking out on the Cathedral tower. The rooms are more than comfortable for 4 guests but extra beds for 1 or 2 people can be provided. It has 2 master bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a small kitchen and a cosy living room with beautiful wooden floors and original garments, that gives the 19th century house its very special atmosphere. The guest house combines the luxury and comfort of a hotel with the warm domesticity of a guest house.
The guest house is also a perfect venue for photoshoots.
