Residence composed of 172 air-conditioned apartments and studios spread over 3 floors with elevator, offering lovely covered terraces with views of the Saint-Martin port and marinas. For swimming, two pools (one heated and open all season) and a children pool, are nested in the gardens. The heated swimming pool (24 degrees max) is open from April 1st to October 31st, the other pool is open from 07.07 until 01.09. The children pool is not heated and is open from 07.07 until 01.09.
The residence built in Mediterranean style, has a beautiful garden and a terrace. You can make free use of table tennis. The reception staff speaks French, English, German and Italian. A connection to the wireless internet is available at the reception.
The residence enjoys a wonderful location – close to the port of Saint-Martin, just 300 meters from the center of Cap d’Agde. Here you will find a variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. The beautiful Richelieu beach is less than a km from here. You can stroll along the beautiful path or you can take the bus to the port.
You will appreciate the proximity of the lively quays of the port and many shops (5 minutes walk), and that of the Richelieu beach (5 minutes by car, free parking).
